Your home comes with Ontario’s new home warranty, backed by ADI and administered independently by Tarion. The warranty starts the day you take possession, so even though the building is finished, your coverage begins fresh and runs its full length from your move in date. It covers workmanship and materials for the first year, things like water leaks and problems with heating, plumbing or electrical for two years, and the structure of the building itself for seven. The shared spaces, the pool, elevators, corridors and parking garage, are covered too. 

Your deposit is separate from all of that. It is held in trust by lawyers, and Tarion protects it as well. 

And beyond the warranty, our customer care team works out of the building. If something needs attention, you talk to a person who is already here, and it gets an owner the same day.
